I DJ from Traktor using a z1 controller but I also use Virtual DJ for Karaoke using the internal sound card...... even when I select ignore Z1 / disable....... Virtual DJ is still being controlled via my z1 .... How I can make it forget for good ??

At some point there was a bug with Ignore, so make sure you are on the latest Build 4291

Yes I'm on 4291 so it must be still bugged .... I would go back to using virtual DJ 7 but that keeps coming up with an error on High Sierra :-(

Maybe I'm missing something, but if you don't need the Z1 when using VDJ for karaoke - why don't you unplug it?
