Topic: Newb question about software/CD compatability

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I am interested in getting into mixing and have been reading reviews about CDs and it seems like the Pioneer DDJ-RB is a good started. My question is will Virtual DJ software work with this CD. Thanks for the help and I'm open to recommendations on CD's for beginners as well

The DDJ-RB is not a CD.

CD stands for Compact Disc, which is a digital optical disc data storage format. The DDJ-RB is a controller for DJ software.
