Topic: syncing offline cache on two laptops

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Is there a way to sync the offline cache from one laptop to another within the vdj program. It is tedious to download the same songs twice, once for each laptop. How do I do this?

Copy cache from one computer, paste to the cache on the other computer.
 
so I would basically copy the cache folder, share it to say a external drive, then move it back? Wonder if I could set them up to share across bluetooth or wifi somehow? Or maybe start a network group or something?
 
I set up a home network, then use a program called free file sync. It does the trick, and very easy to use.
 
Thanks guys. I bought a thumb drive and just update the cache on the second laptop the day before the event now. Seems to work seemlessly.
 
Hi,
Is it possible that my old laptop cashe will be deploy on my other laptop . Even the Music I am using with external drive. Because my new laptop SSD drive is capacity is too low.
