Is there any way to remove these LINES in the xml

Yes...
open the skin (assuming it is the default 2 deck) and find the group "waveform".
Inside this group you'll find all waveform types.
And inside this types there is a "Grid" section. Change the grid section's height and width properties to 0. Or delete the whole grid section.
