Hi,
I read http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/VDJscript_verbs_v8..html but I can't find for example docs about repeat_start, repeat_start_instant. Is there documentation about these?

Looks like it has been cropped from the start of page 2.
Full descriptions are available in v8 mapping window, also I have a tutorial or 2 in my blog page.

Online and offline documentation are incomplete (or incompletable?)
1)
Settings switchers (for mapping): I go to options, and I don't see "value" for certain settting:
fxProcessing, expecting: (0) Post-Fader, (1) Pre-Fader, but it switches with 1 and 2;
coverDownload, expecting: (0) no, (1) exact, (2) always, but switches with 1, 2, 3;
coverFlow: (0) no, (1) smart, (2) 2d, (3) 3d; (Why 1~4?)
equalizerMode: (0) Full Kill, (1) Default; (Why 1/2?)
and etc.
Why we are must testing it right or wrong?

Any manual don't offer any available syntax [except: %artist and %titleremix] in settings/tracklisting hints.
Even Skin's .xml file doesn't contain it, and I don't know, how to get it!
I expect, it will be placed in context menu above or below "Paste"...
3)
VDJScript pages «holding ? / up ? / down ?»: ~~~the function is triggered when the button is released rather than pressed~~~
But it doesn't say how to do the same in 8. And it doesn't say, that "holding" action is changed since 8.
Only satan knows, how to do this action in 8.
The controller definition help page doesn't contain <inputsysex />.
They're not trustworthy.
