It seems that sandbox is unavailable even with my mouse while using VDJ 8.2 with the Reloop Mixtour controller...is it normal?

I think sandbox only works when you are running in 2 deck mode.

Sandbox should be available if you're using the unit's default Audio Setup (Master & Headphones)
If you're using a different audio setup (with another soundcard maybe) then Sandbox may not be available

There are a few cases where Sandbox is not available. Please read the last paragraph of this page https://www.virtualdj.com/manuals/virtualdj8/interface/mixer/sandbox/index.html
