8.1 Pro User here...
When 'editing tags' from the browser, a single-click on the Cover Art generates a window saying " .... searching..." for Cover Art possibilities.
All of my values in Options related to searching for Cover art are turned off.
Am I missing another value somewhere? Removing the Internet connection (wireless or ethernet) will stop this from happening, but I don't want the system to look for cover art whether the net is available or not.
Thoughts?

The option is for automatically downloading art to newly added files. It also seems to override the "internetDon'tConnect" setting.
What you are doing is manually invoking the search. If you don't click on it then nothing happens. simple as that!
