Topic: MC4000 autoloop button

On MC4000 is there a script to change the color of the Autoloop button from White to other color to show that the loop is ON/active .

Nope. The MC4000 leds are single-color (except the Pads)

By default the AUTO LOOP led blinks when loop is active
