Making new VDJ 8 Skin

I think Virtual DJ V8 are more difficult

Need help on-how to use Skin Builder and Skin Extractor for "Virtual DJ 8".
 
I might be wrong in thinking that a Home Licence User cannot change skins in virtualdj without any higher level licence?
(Eg. Controller licence, subscription, pro infinity)
 
Ah ok sir but actually it is free download in VDJ 8 addons. Then i think its work for home user or not? because it is free and usable and VDJ 8 edit is available free access called Save/Edit skin. :)
