Here's my ticket number: 287015
Taking a long time for someone to respond to my ticket and all of the new information I put in, including screenshots. The performance pads, browsing buttons, and looping buttons all do not work. I really don't want to be disappointed in my recent purchase as I purchased it the day you guys announced that it would be 100% compatible with VDJ.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Had to search through the forums and found that Early Access is what I needed. I recommend in the future announcing that's a requirement when simultaneously announcing certain hardware is natively supported to avoid confusion.
