I am having troubles getting my cross fader on my Mix Deck Quad to work and I cant use my headphones to QUE up a song.

Post a screen shot of your sound card configuration. Have you looked at the cross fader options?

There's also 2 switches in the back of the unit that have to be set.

I'll dig mine out and setup and let you know what needs to be what.
