I have a testing PC and a working PC. On my working PC random video transitions do not work. There are always hard cuts. On my testing PC they do work.
Both PC's are the same (dual boot) physical machine, so the same hardware. Both PC's have the same skin (with random video transitions activated oninit) and configuration file (settings options).
Is there another file that could influence the random video transitions behaviour?

The plugin folders and contents are identical: copied from a backup I have.
