I'm using virtual dj le i got it with a controller iv registered on here my account shows iv got a license yet wen I'm using the program it comes up i need get a license please could anyone advice me or if its happened to then

log into this site with your LE login details
 
already log in
 
go to the your account page on this site and then click on the licenses tab, your license should in there
 
you can enter your license number in there if not showing
 
its already their after i registered i clicked on it and downloaded the software but now its saying i need to pay i don't no how wen iv already down it
 
did you buy the controller new or from someone else who had already registered it?
 
maybe you downloaded the full version rather than the LE version. Just had a look and there is a separate page for downloading the LE version. Might want to uninstall and then download the LE version
 
new and i had register with numark to get the key they emailed it then i had to register with virtual dj on my account it says my license is then shows the key

If you click on the options cog at the top of VDJ and then go into licenses in the software, what does it say? you may have to unlock the controller in there
 
it says i have le licence why would i have unlock the controller
 
sorry, i just meant you may need to enter your license key in there. Im out of ideas then, not that I had many. Someone with much more knowledge than me will be able to help though @devs
