Topic: Recording static?

Hey friends! So I just switched to vdj8 from vdj7, every time I try to record a set the recording comes back just static nonsense? Any input? Any help? Thank you ahead of time

what gear/hardware are you using and how are those connected ?
What is the Audio setup of VirtualDJ (screenshot) ?
 
I have a numark ns6 connected to a pc via USB, that's the only connection tho thank you for the help in advance
 
Delete the "record" line from the Audio setup and click to APPLY. Try to record again.

Use the"record" line only if you send Master to the NS6 sound card (which is not the case in your current Audio setup)
