The problem I am having it is oonce I drop any video into either player they start to play of course so the video start off playing nice and bright but for some reason as the video goes on the video starts to become darker to the point most of the time the video reaches the halfway point tthey are just about viewable, I even went into the settings and turned on the setting that made the client control going to video brightness and that didn't help either
iit just seems like to me the more more I play videos the faster it gets darker on the screen, tthis process happens in my office and also add events I look forward to your help and thank you and I love this week you soon
thank you so much and I look forward to hearing from you soon

, Hey everyone,
I wanted to restate my question/problem a much more awake now. Most of the time when I play videos after a minute or so it doesn't make a difference what type of video I play in the virtual DJ a video player the video start to darken up I've tried going into the TV screen settings and making them brighter, I've tried going into virtual DJ eight video settings and turned on the video volume link so it would connect to my volume slider for that channel, and nothing is working. and last night was a complete debacle because I was playing the bride and grooms video montage I make for them and by the end of the video you can barely make out the last few photos. So I really hope somebody has an answer for me with this.

Maybe..
How are you controlling your volume?
The volume faders do dim the video to the point of blackout as they are lowered.
There is an option to stop that happening.

Hey Rick, he does not have the problem with 7. We have an appointment tomorrow, when he will have his work machine available, since he lives in my state. Will let you know how it turns out.

I think I'd copy of my settings, and then reset vdj8 to it's defaults in the options. I'd be surprised if that did not resolve the issue.
Then I'd gradually restore the options keeping an eye open for the possible return of the problem.

Sounds like a midi conflict somewhere to me. It seems as if something is set to slowly fade out his video.
I know nothing though and have never had any problem like that.....

Hi and good morning to everyone,
I just want to let every now that with the help of virtual DJ's top-of-the-line moderators and some one-on-one discussions it looks like my problem of video darkening has been resolved. I will keep you posted as it gets used more and more but I would like to personally thank our New Jersey moderator for his help.
