I recently just started and I wanted to know if anyone knew how to change cue points that where already set.

Yes, read the manual! :) With a mouse you can right+click on the cue slot you want to delete and you can reset it where ever you wish!
Further, if your using a controller, it probably has a SHIFT function that deletes a set cue point via the controller For example, my VMS 4.1 and DDJ- SX2 both use the SHIFT+CUE function to delete cues. You'll want to research your specific controller to find out how it's done!
