In VDJ8, how do I record myself via the camera on my laptop (or external)?
I see loads of videos of people using their DJ Controllers with perfect audio of their mix.
Where in VDJ8 do I choose to also record video as well as audio? The only info I can find is on 'mixing videos' which isn't what I want to do.
I have ffdshow installed but its more the process rather than the codecs that I need, I can't even find a 'Configure Video' or anything like.
Sorry if its 'noobish' I'm an old timer, just switched from Vinyl :)
Thanks
Andy

Download and install Tellymedia from Adons http://www.virtualdj.com/plugins/index.html?category=effects&search=tellymedia
You can also use the native Camera plugin, but i found this Plugin more powerful with more options
Enable the Effect from the Master Video Effects (in VIDEO panel)
Open the GUI of Tellymedia and enable the Camera
Resize the window and place it on your secondary screen.
Start video recording (e.g select mp4).
VirtualDJ will record whatever you show on your secondary screen (Video output)
