we need the authors and the creators of the skins and the effects,tools,and the addon's to describe how to use them
not to just publish them in the forum and leave us wondering how to use them
even when we ask no one response
so plz let them say how to use everything they publish in the forum

Sometimes there is more info in the comments for the addon, sometimes there is a thread in the forum and sometimes a plugin is so simple it needs no explanation.
