Topic: My License doesnt work

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

When I type in my license code in it says that it is already in use. The product is brand new fresh out of the box. What can I do?

Contact the manufacturer of your controller (I'm assuming it's a LE version of the software supplied with a unit). It is them that issues the serial numbers.

Alternatively if the software has previously been registered you could take that up with the retailer as that shouldn't happen with a brand new item.
