Topic: Internet connection for Karaoke?

I'm considering adding karaoke to my DJ service so my question is do you need an internet connection in order to use the karaoke service?

It's like the Content Unlimited audio option

- If you buy some Karaoke tracks like you buy audio tracks they'll always work. The ability to play karaoke files is include in VDJ at no extra cost
- If you sign up for the Karaoke option (paying a monthly fee to be able to download all the tracks you want), you can cache tracks at home and use them without internet at the gig - but you can't get new ones during the night
- If you want to be able to get new tracks from the Karaoke option server during a gig, you need internet
 
Please be advised that ALL content unlimited services are monthly subscriptions, you are only renting the content. If you stop paying, you will no longer have access to these tracks, no matter which service you subscribe to. Tracks you download are good for 30 days, without internet access. They must be reauthorized with internet connection, every 30 days.
