Topic: Trying to buy a licence for my controller.

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I bought a Hercules DJ Console MX4 from somebody, installed it in my laptop but haven't been able to use as I would like to, it tells me I have to upgrade to be able to use all the futures in it, but when I try to do it it tells me that the controller serial number belongs to someone else, how can I activate a licence for me then?
