Just a guess ... Are you triggering with velocity sensitive pad or button? If so could be mapped that way.

Strenth is max 40%
and lenght 3/4 bit, almost never touch it

Loop Roll Effect doesnt have any Strength Parameter anymore. Unless you are talking about a non-native Effect.
See if there is any Loop Roll.ini file in the Plugins/Sound effects folder or any other Loop Roll.dll file , delete them and re-launch VirtualDJ

well my home editon has it...
its all VDJ default effects.
Left knob is strenght (%) level and right knob is level (bits)
Both working.
unless there has been an update or something..

What build version are you using?
As said above, the built in Loop Roll doesn't have a Strength parameter and hasn't for a long time. It only has one knob and that is for length (in beats).

yeah the early version of loop roll worked similar to how v7 overloop worked, this caused problems and had to be changed. update or live with it i'm afraid.
