This is a personal choice, and I would suggest that you try them out for yourself, to see which one you like. I have the Surface Pro 3, but only use as a ceremony or cocktail unit, and as backup. I just use the default skin, (can't seem to get the browser zoom to download), because I like simple. You may not like simple. I just downloaded the Multi Touchscreen, and it looks cute, but I know that I am not a touchscreen type of guy.

The default skin has a tablet version.
But if you like the standard version, go with V8 by Fruit. It's somewhat modular and lets you change quite a few things around.
