Topic: Problem with downloading tools - Pro Infinity (OEM) user.

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

How come I cannot download any of tools available on vdj www page? I bought Pioneer DDJ SZ with Pro Infinity licence added to my controller, but I feel like beeing treated like 2nd quality user. Is this means I better use Serato to match my needs?
