... to the VDJ staff for the prompt fix to the recently discovered "Y216" bug in Version 7. Like the rest of the world, we'll all end up on Version 8; but I have to plan ahead for this one ... way ahead.
I've tried a quick jump to V8 two times now, and both times had to stop because of crashes. I didn't report them because I didn't think it was VDJ's fault. I suspect the crappy hardware I've used to try a conversion.
So the plan is to get a new lappy this Spring and start from scratch.
This bug would've been a killer for me, so THANK YOU SO MUCH for correcting it!
