I'm looking to buy virtual dj software, for djing, I'm also wondering if the karaoke software is included in with this purchase of vritual dj. Or do I have to buy the karaoke software separate. 1 other thing, fir 19.99 a month, do that includes unlimited karaoke songs to download load

All of the Virtual DJ versions are capable of playing Karaoke tracks. You do not need to purchase anything extra.
As you are looking to buy Pro already, I won't go into the differences with the other versions. Pro is the only one you can use for paying gigs and without video output restrictions.
You are welcome to browse through the User Guide and look at the features available. Page 44 will introduce you to the Karaoke specific area of VDJ. This is limited in comparision to a full Karoke specific suite, but it gets the job done.

As far as the Karaoke Content Unlimited subscription, yes, that is for unlimited downloads. The software will need to be connected to the internet to download the files for use. Also, if you cache them, it will need to be connected every 30 days to refresh the licensing on the tracks you have cached. Cache files are files you can download ahead of time to be used at a gig without internet access.
