Hello everyone,
I am new to using these forums and have a question about a potential problem regarding licenses.
Say one were to purchase a license (Virtual DJ Pro Infinity for instance). EULA says you can have it installed on up to 2 machines at once, but that you can uninstall the software on a machine any time and then reuse it somewhere else without going over the license limit of 2. However, then say one's machine (we'll say computer in this case) were to break down on them (i.e. hard drive failure or the like) while the licensed software is installed on that computer that prevents them from accessing it to uninstall the software to reuse on another computer. How would said user go about working this out? Would we talk to customer support? Or who?
Sorry if this has been answered before, but I would appreciate any clarification. With my luck in computers over the past few years, it seems sadly possible lol.

You can just install virtualdj again on your new computer and sign in without problems.

No, actually it says that you can install it on as many computers as you want - but you can only use it on two at once. In other words, if you install it on 5 computers, you are not permitted to run VDJ on all those 5 computers simultaneously. Only two - main and backup.

can you run on 2 computers at the same location so can I run one in the garage and one in the house at the same time together?

Yes, two machines can be activated simultaneously. If you then log in from a third then the oldest connected one will automatically be logged out.
