Topic: MC4000 loadSecurity not working

Picked up an MC4000 a few weeks ago and now an working with VDJ8 on a Macbook Pro with Yosemite. Everything has been working pretty well until I found this flaw. When a song is playing in either deck I can load a song on that deck. The loadSecurity is on but it is not working. Also when I shut down the program while a song is playing it shuts down, no warning letting me know a song is playing. Without the controller hooked up the loadSecurity works and if I try to shut down the program I get a prompt that a song is playing. loadsecurity is most critical because I don't want to accidentally load a song while one is playing and kill the floor.

Just in order to make sure we are on the same page:
The load security works for tracks that are actually playing "on air"
If a track is playing but it's volume fader is closed (0%) then load security will NOT prevent you from loading the track

Also with MC4000 connected, load security doesn't work if you drag a track with mouse on a deck, or it doesn't work only when you try to load a song from the controller buttons ?
 
Yes volume is up and if I try to drag a song to the player it stops the current song and loads the new. If I click on the load button it does the same thing however that is sporratic.....sometimes it prevents the song from loading and sometimes not, that will drive me crazy.
 
Looks like it is working now. When the volumne is up then you get the warning to load a song and if you try to close out the program. If the voulumes are down then it will stop the song and load the new song. Thanks for your help.
