Hi there,
Ive been using vdj7 for years with a numark mixtrack. Something I often do is enter a loop, make it gradually smaller and then flick the jogwheel backwards to spin out of the track. In vdj7 this worked perfectly, and the track spun backwards out of the loop.
However since installing VDJ8, when i spin backwards while in a loop, the track does not exit the loop backwards instead it re-loops and loops backwards continuously, rather than going further back in the track. Does this make sense??
Im sure theres a setting somewhere to allow the loop to be exited when spun backwards but i cant find it anywhere, im sure someone will know.

Not sure, but the Option "loopAutoMove" is maybe what you want to change.

VirtualDj 8 works different in that matter. While you are in a loop, scratching will remain INSIDE the loop. So, no you can't do a "full" backspin without exiting the loop.
The only work-around is if you use a controller to make the jog disable the loop when you touch it to scratch.
