Everyone is ignoring you Dan !
Two RCA to XLR cables can be used to connect your controller to the "line in" on your subwoofer.
The two XLR "line out" on the subwoofer can be connected to the active top speaker.
Note that the subwoofer can drive passive cabs but it may be better to reserve it's power for the bass alone.
Use a speakon speaker cable to connect the active and passive full range cabs.
Set everything at 12 o'clock, switch on, and see what happens.
Fingers crossed !
We can discuss volume settings later.

thanks a lot I've tried it ...it works but the only thing is the system makes a Hummms sound !!!!
I've settle the volume correctly.....
but I'm looking to buy a second active speaker instead.......probably better??.
what do you think?

I take it that means you want 2 active full range cabs, and an active sub ?
That won't get rid of the hum.
That may be some kind of earth loop.
You might get an earth loop between the active sub, and active full range cab.
You should be able to get rid of the hum.
There is an awful lot of ways to configure your system.
What if you just use your full range cabs, and don't use the subwoofer, do you still get a hum?
Note: An earth loop cannot come from a passive cab.

I was thinking mono output might help.
If you later added a mono subwoofer cable that might make it easier controlling the hum.

Hi Dan,
as I see it you are going from your Reloop into an active speaker, then into a sub base, and then out to a second speaker ... hhhhmmmm very confusing.
if that is the case, of course you are gonna get hummmmm and lots of problems.
if I may ask; where is your amplifier?

it is a little confusing, I think that's why we were all keeping away.
He has two "built in" amps, one in the subwoofer, the other in the active full range cab.
Those two combining with his controller could cause earth loops galore !
If using mono he could use the one channel from the controller to send the signal to the subwoofer, and the other to the active full range cab. That config would not use the internal crossover of the subwoofer, as was the case with my first suggestion.
The subwoofer has filtered high pass outputs meaning it could drive two passive full range cabs.
That way the internal crossover is being used.
Another passive speaker, and both connected to the subwoofer would make a happier system !
The active cab could be used freestanding to help boost things in larger venues.

I'm getting the funny idea of using mono, feeding a channel from the controller to the sub mono input, then using its high pass filtered output to connect the passive cab. The other channel could feed the active speaker.
A ground loop Isolator could be inserted between the controller, and active cab/subwoofer should it be needed.
This may be the only way to use the subwoofer crossover.
This does mean improved sound quality.
Hum is why balanced outputs help.
