CONNECTED TO CDJ2000 NEXus usb link mode vdj 8 picks it up
and no sound comes thru the mixer when i play anyone help

You have connected RCA cables between the CDJ and the mixer right? ;)

What do you currently have in the sound config?

yea rca to mixer vdj 8 picks them both up and i can control the software but just popping sound comes out when i turn up the channels

Correct (Pioneer) ASIO driver installed and selected?

ASIO buffer not set too low?
