can not get this program to work for me whatsoever. I have paying for this service for three months now and I have yet to be able to get it to perform. What is it's deal? It doesn't even pull up the songs I have on the hard-drive of the computer unless I specifically click onto MY Music. Help!!!

You have to add your tracks to the searchDB.
