is it possible to have tags, coloured tracks etc transferred to 2nd laptop/pc/mac via LOGIN

No, thats not possible.
That would require a cloud based database managment and a 100% 1:1 copy of both laptops.

However, if your systems are really 100% the same, you could sync your database(s) with something like dropbox.
