Hello everybody,
I purchased the Hercules Instinct DJ Controller and bought the Licence for it to use it with VD8. I now struggle to connect the device with the software. I already used VD7 Home and Traktor, so I know, that the device works porperly. I also checked, that it is correctly connected to my Mac and all drivers are up to date. But as mentioned before VD8 does not recognize the Controller. I double checked this problem witch another Mac where the exact problem occured. I had it working only 1 time with more or less luck.
Another thing that bothers me is, that I cannot type the serial number of my device into the Software. Whenever I click on the button, which is in the "Licence" Folder in the menu the programm freezes and wont work anymore.
I really do not know what to right know. I would appreciate all kind of help to keep my setup running.
