i am a new user....an complete amateur ... i have just signed up for the $19 a month subscription to vdj and i cant get video on full screen...my install still says free home user , but i am logged in and have a genuine licence.....why cant i get full screen for more than 10 minutes....or do i need a further upgrade....all i want to do is use Milk drop or sonique on a projector whilst playing my music..... can anyone help please

Your subscription only offers you access to Pro Infinity version 8 of VirtualDJ (not version 7)
So download and install version 8 from http://www.virtualdj.com/download/index.html
Once version 8 is launched, login with your virtualdj.com account credentials. Verify your successful login from Settings->LICENSES tab
You will then be able to have full screen video without any limitations.

Yes they'll carry over. As will cues tags etc etc.
