Topic: Virtual DJ Website Account Problem

If this is the wrong forum please let me know which is the correct one,

Problem:

Cannot add an email to 'My Account'

What I've tried:
- Clearing caches
- Restarting laptop (New Toshiba)
- Sent in a ticket to the VDJ Techs
- Re-sending the email validation code (which is the same every time)

Virtual DJ Version: 8+

What I've learned:

- Your account credentials are attached to your email, so if you cannot make updates within your account in a timely manner, your permissions can be affected....which in turn can really screw with your set, because not only can you not search for music on Content Unlimited, but you can't even operate your decks due to the deck rental permissions (in your setup menu in VDJ8).

So if someone could help me out, or have had this problem too - any info would be great.

Please update your ticket with the email address you want adding and the confirmation code you received.

I bought a license a few months ago for vdj8 and like it with my Gemini cntrl 7. I did the vdj8 update the other day and now vdj8 will not recognize the controller however my account say I have the license...please help. It says I need to purchase to unlock it???
