Topic: Software stopped working

Alright I have used this for years and have problems installing before when i got my new computer. Heres what happened I went to open the software and it gave me an error message. I tried to reinstall the software from the disk and now its telling me " This software requires an additional 21887k bytes free on the F: drive to install". I'm not even installing on the F: drive its on the C: drive. please help I have a event today and a party this weekend.

did you checked your system ?
Sounds like an issue related to your OS .

I did a system restore to last month when i worked and it is saying the orginal error which says. " invalid skin ( error line 0 in xml ). Now I'm back to square one again. do you have any suggestions?

Which OS and VirtualDJ Version exactly ?
Which Hardware specs ?

Its a HP 2000 laptop with windows 8.1. the version is virtual dj djc edition

VirtualDJ 5 LE (DJControlMP3 e2)
is that the Version us are using ?
latest build from your account ?

yes its the one from my account. i have the hercules mp3 e2 mixer this is the software that came with the mixer.

The other user is missing the My Documents\VirtualDJ folder. The program will not run without this.

(1) Install the software as the user you will be running it as.

(2) Manually copy the My Documents\VirtualDJ folder across to the other user.

Another cause is installing the software without administrator privileges under Vista or Windows 7. Right-click on the VirtualDJ installation file and choose Run as administrator. Also, we would recommend turning off UAC (User Account Control) in Windows Vista and 7.

Your Version was launched between 2007-2008
Possibly having a issue with the latest Win OS ?
