Is VDJ compatible with mp4 H.265 files? I tried to play them but just getting audio and black screen.

H.265/HEVC is supported, a few sample files are available here:

I also tested H.265 in an MP4 container:

http://www.cinemartin.com/cinec/_Sample_Videos/Hoid/Cinemartin_A001_C001_1008BA_2_H265_HEVC_RQ.mp4

All worked OK.

Yeah, VDJ is compatible with mp4 H.265 files.
