No. Filters can deal only with database fields, and not such a field exists to tell if a track belongs to a Virtual folder or not.
The only workaround i can think of (but you then have to update your Virtual folder each time you remove or add a track) is to Batch give a specific value to e.g. User 1 or User 2 fields of those tracks and then have a Filter Folder with filter: User 1 contains whatevervalueyouhavegiven
