Hi,
I am new to the world of virtual dj'ing so am finding it hard to set up my controller. I have the American Audio Radius 3000 and even though Virtual Dj 8 says it recognises the device, it won't let me use the deck as a controller. I have tried to configure it in the mapping but it still is not allowing me to use the deck to control the virtual decks.
I thought the problem may have been because I did not have a licence so I have bought just bought one, however that is still not allowing me to use the Radius 3000 as a controller. Does anybody have any advice that may help me enable the deck to work in Virtual Dj?
