Hey, I have a version of Virtual DJ 8.0.2048 and I have a problem with the volume sliders, and exactly what I have them set to 100% in both deck and looks like this:

Looking at the pic, I suspect it might be a skin issue.
What skin is this, where did you get it, have you modified it? Are you using VDJ with a mouse only?

Go to the interface menu in config, choose the internal (right at the top) and check if the problem persists.
