Hi, I'm new to the forum and new to the world of virtual DJ being a vinyl junkie.. My wife bought me the DJ2Go setup for my birthday and so I could use my headphones to mix I bought the Numark DJIO as suggested on this site and many others.. I'm struggling a bit though!
The DJIO unit keeps powering off... I'm not sure if it's a problem with that itself or my laptop or maybe even something to do with how I'm connecting it to my stereo for master volume.. Please help!
I'm connecting the DJIO to a Panasonic SC-NE1 Bluetooth/Aux stereo via an RCA to Aux cable, The DJIO is connected via the supplied USB cable to my laptop as is the DJ2Go unit then my headphones are connected directly to the laptop.
My laptop is quite old but steady! Toshiba Satellite Pro A200 running win 7 with 2gb RAM.
I've tried running without the DJ2Go unit and it still powers off so not convinced its power issues from the USB ports.
Please help, it's doing my head in!!
