Hey guys,
I have to be missing something obvious because for the life of me I can not get VDJ 8 to see my SL1. I don't know if I should expect to see a sound card box like when the SL2 shows up in the DVS Setup video's. I change the settings to timecode and go to configure but still doesn't read the code. I had to install Scratch live and it works on there but that's the last thing I want to use.

I got it.
I somehow stumbled on a walk around off a bing search on the Serato forums but after my computer started to freeze I reset it and found the walk around on here as well. The SL1 still doesn't show up like the SL2 does in a box but it is in the drop down one it finally worked.
