Topic: SCS3 D license

If I run 2 of them with my SCS 3 M do I have to pay for 2 "controller" license to go with the SCS3 M I have already paid for or will one cover it.

A Plus license unlocks the features of the same controller, no matter how many of these you have. So, yes one license will cover both of your units.
