I am trying to figure out how to get VDJ8 to record the master output of my mixer. Here is my current configuration I am trying.
My mixer is a PV8 usb.
Laptop is connected to the mixer via usb. I then am running the RCA outputs to a second external sound card and from there back to the computer. I have the PB usb set as master in VDJ 8 Audio settings and record as the other external sound card. It record but not does include the mic inputs on the pv mixer in the recording. Sorry if this osunds confusing but trying to figure it out. Any suggestions are appreciated.

The RCA outputs of what? From what I can see, the PV8 doesn't have RCA outputs.

Ah OK. I could only find a top view. :-)
Why not try recording to e.g. Audacity or even to.......a recording device.
