Having a real difficult time trying to figure out if there is a way to fade the djay Pro master volume on Mac with a single command/keystroke?
I know we can pause the track, but is there any way to simply fade the master volume with a key command in one touch?
I ask as it is an important part of our music operations at an upcoming event to be able to quickly fade the master volume in djay with one button/command/keystroke/movement/etc.
Any information or assistance to this regard would be greatly appreciated.

As above, you would really need to go to the software vendors support. There's nothing pretentious about suggesting that.
