Topic: version 8 program not starting

hey guys, i just got virtual dj 8 and after installing it the program wouldn't open or anything i run windows xp professional on my desktop i have all the requirements as-well. iv'e tried uninstalling and re installing the program both as administrator and not but with the same effect can someone help....
