Hey everyone,

I've posted my first DJ set on my website at:

I'd love to hear some feedback if anyone is interested. This set was mixed about 6 months ago, and I've since added an external mixer to my setup so the mixing has become slightly more sophisticated. I'll be posting new sets every 2-4 weeks.

Right slightly different this set,

We did a special set last week, however the laptop is not letting me download the last twelve minutes of this set, however this set is so good that I feel that it needs to be allowed its due.

Lots of different mixes in this, included an different take on Prydz Vs Lloyd by Pig and Dan, Tocadisco's remix of Axwell & Ingrosso's Together and the new Basoski track No One. I'll try and get an tracklisting for this set online in the coming few days

Also a new place to find all my mixes, trying to make it as cool as possible, so whilst I have some rare time off work, I'll be decorating this. This is where you'll be able to find my latest mix under the file Electrofunk!

I'm dumb, but why can't I just post regularly and not reply to last person that posted?

Hey everyone, I uploaded my "totally commercial friendly Club/House Mix mp3". I know that this might be too commercial/hits for some, and thats ok. Please take a listen, and feel free to comment too Thanks! This mix has older songs. I figure, if you haven't heard the song before yet, it's still new to you! ;D I did this in 2003 using my Herc DJC MK1 and VDJ V1.0! Yup, I don't think I even had one update on VDJ yet.

So, I probably had so many programs running while recording. I didn't know about system perf, etc. back then. If it sounds like its chuggin', it probably was. I was also doing Real Time effects while it was recording. I practically was Flangerin', Overloopin' and Loopin' on every song except two. I was so excited back then to have those effects/tools heh.

I mostly Overlooped vocals on top of vocals and where there were no vocals, in each song. Now, some might say that there's no vocals in that part of the song for a reason or that it sounds "too busy and repetitive" etc....but sorry, I was having to much fun using the effects and creating an "echo/round" vibe. Hopefully it is subtle enough, that you might think its part of the original song or you can't tell if it's me "messin" with the song. Of course you can always listen to the tracks listed, and compare them to my mix. I think the effects enhances each song and the mix overall as a whole with my own personal touch, IMO.

It's not perfect, and I'm always learning and improving. Actually, I recorded it twice. The first time I got halfway through recording and I Cue'd the song playing and stopped it. Ooops.
Too bad I also accidently hit the pitch control on one song the 2nd time around, lucky for me Master Tempo made it less obvious. O well. I kinda had planned out these tracks I wanted to mix, but the Real Time effects I never practised. I had an idea in my head where and what effects I wanted to do, and just went with it on the fly having fun. I guess my intro track is alittle cheesey eh? Hahaha o well. I converted it from Wav to a resonable size/quality MP3.

Props to everyone else's mixes! I can only download a few so far, Im way behind here folks in listening to ppls mixes on this site.

Hey guys i'm using the demo version at the moment and before it runs out i'd like some opinions on my mix to see if it is actually worth saving up for the real thing. I've been using it for about 2 weeks now and have become better after spending about 4 or 5 hours on it per day, and reading loadsa tutorials especially dj-in-norway's, that one really helped me. anyway here it is:
