Topic: error 2330 when installing

This morning I purchased virtural dj pro for PC when trying to dowload and run it, it makes it halfway through the process the the error 2330 message pops up. Now i can not up the free version either due to a error message saying Virtual Dj can not find the skin file reinstall program. How do i fix this error because I've already paid for the pro version.
