Hello.

My license is old (Broadcaster) and I can not download some skins Version 8.

Even with old license, I can buy a new one?

Plus, I will lose the old license if I buy a new one?

Of cause you can buy a new licence.
Your existing licence will not be affected at all when buying a new one.....
